I purchased this for my parents. They live in an apartment and are not allowed to install an under sink water system. So far it works great and we all love it so so much! It is very compact, fits the kitchen counter perfectly, and the quality looks good too. It is so easy to use, just add the tap water in the pitcher, then press one button, and filtered water will come out! You can choose room temperature or hot water for coffee or tea. And the most important part is the water tastes great! One added benefit for us is that since it is portable, we can take it with us on our camping trips! Strongly recommend this system to anyone that has the needs like us.

I was researching a long time about RO systems, which to buy and which would have a better taste in water quality... We used to buy water from Canadian Tire, and it was amazing quality water...
