This blanket is a soft fabric, and more pliable than the old fashioned electric blankets. The cord was plenty long, and it heats efficiently. Because it is light weight and foods easily, it will be in my go&bag for travel. It's a game changer to have a full twin blanket that takes up no more room than my prior bulky throw heated blanket. Made my trip to the beach much more cozy, as beach hotels always have very lightweight bedding that leaves me shivering with the AC on. Would happily purchase this again if needed.

This is absolutely the softest blanket I've ever had in my 60+ years!!!!!The only reason that I did not rate it 5 stars was because the cord between the plug at the bottom of the blanket and the remote control placed at the head of the bed is a little too short. I have the remote control wedged so it does not fall between the mattress & the frame. Otherwise the blanket is perfect.

This blanket heats up quickly and gets very warm. It was a very chilly night when I first turned it on. The warm was very welcome. Then the cats discovered the warm blanket. Have you ever been dog piled by cats? They refused to leave that blanket for nine hours!

I purchased this blanket for the cooler months of the year. My apartment gets cold at night and I wanted to avoid a high heating bill. This blanket is great! It's very soft and cozy even without the heating settings. There are lots of heat options as well as an automatic timer. My kitty cat also loves it!
