free installation service was discontinued
advertised free installation. However, Godrej informed me that free installation service was discontinued in February and they charged me 700 rupees (500 for installation and 200 for the service center being 5 km away). This was disappointing as I chose the product for the free installation. The door closer is sturdy and well-made, but the misleading information about the installation was frustrating.
