These “towels” are rigid like a vinyl tablecloth or vinyl shower curtain. . They bend rather than fluidly conforming to a shape and it makes drying off difficult. As advertised, they are very absorbent and lightweight, but they are thin like paper and bend similar to paper. They don’t glide over skin. It’s like pushing rubber across a surface. I love oversized towels for showering but it’s actually difficult to force these along my skin. I’m reserving these for use outdoors since they seem very durable. Disappointed I can’t use comfortably for daily bathing.Color is beautiful, though. Two stars because these absorbent rectangles don’t seem made for human skin. I might even cut this up into squares for cleaning windows, countertops, and floors.

I bought this for our river floating trip in Montana and I needed something 'light' to pack in our check in bag at the airport. It's not a traditional towel since it is very thin but soft. My husband is 6'4 and the towel is long enough for him to enjoy. I now use this towel at the lake and really like how compact the towel can be when traveling. Plus, the towel washes and dries quickly too! Good bye to the soft, thick and bulky beach towels, you take up too much space in the beach bag and in the linen closet!

I've gotten a lot of use out of this towel, but I was surprised when it arrived. It does not have a traditional towel look- it's fairly thin, without any pile. But I've been using it often and it's my go-to beach towel. It folds up more compactly than any other towel I've ever owned, and does a fantastic job being a towel- it's absorbent and dries quickly. The larger size is a plus, too. Highly recommended!

I bought this towel for the pool but have also brought it traveling. It is thinner than a normal towel but absorbs so quickly! When I use it I only have to pat an area to make it completely dry and the towel itself seems to dry quickly after use. As a plus size lady I also love how large it is. Definitely worth purchasing!

I bought two towels as an experiment for our beach vacation. I also brought two normal fluffy beach towels. After one day at the beach the fluffy towels absorbed water, salt and sand and were impossible to dry at the hotel. Although microfiber doesn't dry you off as efficiently (it is probably 80% efficient), overall it is much more practical for a beach trip. It doesn't become charged with sand and seems to be unaffected by sea salt. I will be buying microfiber from now on, and strongly recommend this product.

I purchased two of these towels to monogram as birthday gifts for my daughter and son-in-law to use when they go camping. The monograms look great on this fabric and they said that the towels are huge and absorb well. They pack nice and small for travel too. I will buy more of these for gifts!

Once a week I have aqua therapy at a hospital pool. Although towels are provided I prefer the Laguna Beach Microfiber towel. It's a large towel but very lightweight and super absorbent. It's almost fully dry once I leave the hospital. I love it!

This towel is MAGIC! This towel is very lightweight and soft, and so I thought I had been sent a beach blanket by mistake. What I didn't realize is that the microfiber material of the towel is not only lightweight but it is also super absorbent, without the need for all of the traditional loop piles of a regular beach towel. With this, the towel is easy to fold, dries quickly, and even comes in a mesh bag for easy toting to and from the pool or beach. With our family of 7, hauling regular beach towels takes up SO much space. With these towels, we save so much room in our beach bag! Also, the towel is HUGE! No more dinky beach towels for me! Give me this towel any day!
