This fitted brilliantly into my washing machine and excellent quality. Would recommend.

My Samsung washing machine began to leak due to a broken rubber seal. We purchased this and voila. It fits nicely and no more leaks. Also a lot cheaper than esoares.

It did the job as intended. Cheaper than an original samsung spare part.

Installed today but not by me, the you tube video for installation shows you need to take the top off. The guy who fitted mine had to take the front off too. Not for the feint hearted

The part is a cheap copy of the original the seal fits, works etc. However the lip at the front that allows excess water from the seal to run into the drain holes slopes the wrong way, so every time there's a little pool of water waiting as you take the washing out. I my opinion if you want a cheap fix buy this it's straight forward to fit if you are logically/me manically minded take the front of the washer if you aren't acwashing machine repair man.

We fit the seal, seemed to fit OK since it's given off shards of burnt rubber, and tonight nearly set my house alite! I'm actually speechless that a product could do this, me and my kids were in bed, and thankfully I heard a horrendous noise in enough time to run downstairs and switch the machine off. God knows the outcome if I was asleep, I wish I had looked at the reviews, I now have a machine thats knackered. Single mum of two living pay check to pay check. Thanks for that!.

So the product itself and service from Spares2go was as described and better. However... and there is an however... I managed to find a "how to" video on YouTube. Fitted within 8 minutes it said.. bargain. Then whilst fitting it I began to wonder why repair agents spend so long fitting them or quote for nearly 2 hours to fit if it takes 8 minutes. Reason... it doesn't take 8 minutes. A little bit if elbow grease and clever editing and the YouTube video was 8 mins long alright in reality took a little longer. Try 2 hours longer. The reason for this story... if you're attempting to do this yourself (which I highly recommend you do) make sure you give yourself a good 2 hours and plenty change for the swear jar.

I'm a little wary about all non genuine parts but this was identical to the original. I then worried about reliability but the washing machine has been used extensively and so far no leaks. I then worried about fitting it so I looked on YouTube and found a Polish engineer (Didn't understand a word) but the camera work was so good it was very easy to follow. Shouldn't have worried. If it fits buy it., you won't be disappointed.
