I just recently dislocated my ac joint while playing hockey - brutal!My shoulder is healing fine now that I have this support and compression. Fits both right or left shoulder and made of really nice neoprene material with strong velcro. I'd recommend this one for anyone looking. It's a nice item and a very fair price.

I am a big woman with a torn rotator cuff and no insurance. Description says arm fits 16 inches, yeah if you don't want it to stay close. Measurement from the end to end is 16 inches and you have to use 1 inch to latch it close. It fits a 14 to maybe 15 inch arm. Pain relief is mild and fit is painful

Purchased this for my mother, whom has a torn rotator cuff. She complains about it hurting on a daily basis, multiple times throughout the day. For that reason, I thought I would go ahead and buy this for her. At this point, she would probably try anything to stop the pain without going through surgery. Anyway...this thing works. It fits well, and its adjustable.

I don't have large arms, but this thing is so small that the velcro doesn't even close. Trashed!

I've had three shoulder surgeries and I have to wear something on my shoulder if I do any kind of activity, so this was a great inexpensive way of keeping my shoulder staple. I have thick arms and the only issue I had with this brace is that it sat on my arm and would cut into it a little bit with the velcro. But, besides that it worked great.
