Bought the CYCROWN e-bike from Amazon. It is an Excellent ebike with a very smooth ride. This ebike is Affordable, and same time Dependable! The speed is great, the seat is comfortable. This ebike is amazing, Extremely happy with the purchase and quick customer service response.The suspension is very good, the battery life is great. I can't be happier. I recommend this bike to anyone looking for the absolute best value in an ebike.Putting this bike together was very easy. The company takes extra care to wrap everything so well. This bike is worth the money and very happy that I bought it. Having a great time riding it and end up riding longer and longer every time.The customer service is also very good, received excellent service specially from Rachel of their customer service team. I couldn’t be more impressed with this electric bike! As someone with very little experience assembling bikes, I was pleasantly surprised that it only took me under an hour to put it together — the instructions were clear and everything fit perfectly. The leather seat and overall build scream quality, and the craftsmanship is truly top-notch. The big fat tires handle all kinds of terrain with ease, making it perfect for both off-road adventures and everyday commuting. It rides smoothly for me at 6 feet tall and fits just as comfortably for my 5’2” 14-year-old. This is a high-performance, well-built bike that delivers exactly what it promises. Highly recommend!

Bought this bike and it was worth every bit I paid.Was easy to put together, well made and comes with everything from gears, to front and rear suspension, to headlight to a horn and blinkers. Battery life so far has been good to me and it’s very easy to get up and going.So smooth and people stop me all the time to ask what I’m riding.

This ebike is fantastic! Assembly was surprisingly straightforward; I had it ready to go in under an hour. The battery charges quickly, and I'm getting great range on a single charge. But the real winner is the coolness factor. Heads definitely turn as I cruise by. It's a smooth, comfortable ride and makes my commute actually enjoyable. Highly recommend!

My son bought this bike looking for something to ride and it was very easy to assemble and has held up very well. The bike has great performance and durability, he can go off-road or ride on the street. He loves the bike and if your looking for a great bike pick this!

Ordered these for my wife and I as a Christmas present to each other, as we have been wanting to get into the e-bike game for awhile. For the price, these are an excellent choice! They are very good quality, look awesome, and built like a tank! They are awesome looking, and one person told me they looked like they would cost thousands of dollars. He was shocked when I told him they were about $500 each. They come well-packed in heavy duty boxes. There is some assembly required such as putting on the front wheel, pedals, handlebar, and front light. You will also need to put air into the tires, but they supply a pump! It actually took me longer to unbox the bikes than it took to build them! If you are even the slightest bit handy, you will have no problem building this bike. Once built, we realized the batteries came fully charged and we were able to ride them right away! The only negative is that the brakes on one of the bikes squeak a little, but I'm planning on cleaning them and getting a slight adjustment that should fix that easily. Overall, a great purchase. Size wise, my wife and I are both about 5'6" and we fit on them fine. I think anyone taller than 5'2" would have no problem. Like I said earlier, they are built like tanks, and weight about 75 pounds each. Luckily they fit nicely along the walls of the garage and we didn't need to hang them for storage. I don't think that would be possible for the average person to lift regularly. The bike has 5 speed levels. 1=10mph, 2=12mph, 3=16mph, 4=18mph, and 5=20mph, which is the top speed. There may be a way to get around the electronic speed governor, but I haven't investigated that yet. If you are a seasoned e-biker and want to go faster, this might not be a great choice for you, but for teenagers or casual riders, the 20mph works just fine. Overall, a great value for the money!

Overall a good bike. Comfortable seat, controls are intuitive, solid build, great suspension. My wish list to make it perfect: 1) wish to have energy regeneration. My commute has slopes that makes the travel distance much less than advertising; 2) wish to have more than one gear; 3) wish the top speed can be higher than 20mi/hr; 4) It's a tad too small for 6'3" tall person; 5) disk brake performance could be snappier.
