I love that the water stays hot The entire time you are soaking your feet, but be careful Because if you have it on the high setting It can get very hot.

Control pad is not attached to unit, this “remote” falls out of its spot easily. Should snap in or be velcroed.Being Collapsible means you can’t rest your foot/put much pressure on the walls. But, feature is great at for storage.

I put in slightly warm water and when I turned on the warming feature, the water gets really warm!! Be careful! The foot spa works very well.I would definitely reccomend it!

I like everything about it there was absolutely nothing to not like. In the handheld controller is perfect you don't have to bend over to readjust anything

This thing works wonders on my tired feet. Soak em for half hour or so & tired tootsies feel better. Worth the price if your on your feet alot. Start out with water warm to the touch & then use the heater to keep the water toasty. Gets really hot on high so use cation. Bubbles feel good also. Great buy.

I got this item as a gift for my mother and she was so excited to use it. The remote control came without batteries and it was a terrible pain to open.

I had surgery and can only sponge bathe. My poor feet turned to sandpaper. One soak in this tub and they are happy and soft again. The rollers don't roll on their own, you have to roll your feet on them. The bubbles aren't super strong, but they are enough. The heat settings are perfect, and work quickly. I would like to have a rougher pumice stone, but all in all I am happy, and so are my feet. 😁

Although the item works great, its more of a foot bath relaxer. I bought it in mind that it would be soothing for my feet, having nerve pain, but with nerve pain, your feet heat up, and you can't use this product, as it is designed only to heat your feet, not releave the pain with normal or cooler water. So for me, it was something that would not releave the pain of Neuropathy, as nerve damage causes overheating painful feet. There is no option to turn off the heat adjustment. Seller did offer a refund since I could not use the product so 5 stars, for the product, and the quality of the item. Wish it could had helped me.

I love this foot spa. It is easy to assemble and use. The features are what pedicurists use to give you healthy, pretty feet. The features of temperature control, shiatsu rollers and pumice stone feel amazing. I prepared my foot spa with a hand towel, lavender epsom salts and a good foot oil. I started with warm water and gradually increased the temperature of the water over about 50 minutes alternating between relaxing with my feet in the warm water and rubbing on the shiatsu rollers and pumice stone. When I wrapped the towel around my feet the stress was gone and my feet were baby soft. My heels were moistened and no more rough skin. Definitely worth the money. I used a bit of diluted vinegar on a cloth to clean the spa and stored in the fabric it came in. Bonus: Lovely sleek look and colour. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. Five *****

Ordered this as a Christmas gift. It's fairly sturdy for a collapsible foot bath, all of the functions seemed to work well, and it's easy to use! My friend was happy with how deep it is and the heating settings

It vibrates and get heated , there is no massage function unless you have someone to massage for you.

Could not open the remote battery compartment. When time to replace, will take it to battery store. May be they would know how to.
