Awesome Fish!
The media could not be loaded. You can buy fish online! The shipping was fast for the price paid. All fish, including the extra sent, came alive! The free shrimp as well! At first they are shy but get used to their new surroundings. I feed mine flakes and sometimes bloodworms. Mine came small at a young age so they still have growing until the males show their colors. When they do, their blue colors are just stunning. So far, they have done well for the few weeks I’ve had them for. Perfect for beginners or a pond. Will definitely buy again.I’ll keep this review updated every now and then.Update: They are still alive as of 4/23/19. Shrimp are doing fine. Think I might order some males or more shrimp.

Fish arrived alive, but no plant was included as advertised
The fish are acclimating and all are alive after a two-day trip. The fish came with an ice pack (June order), which was nice to see, and there were 6 instead of 5--likely to cover a loss if any died in shipping. My only complaint so far is that I didn't get the hornwort plant as was advertised, but I largely wanted the fish (I already have a hornwort plant), and with the extra that is alive, I'm happy. I assume their color will perk up after they get used to their new home. Thanks!UPDATE: After a couple of months, only one fish is alive in an otherwise healthy planted tank. The other tank mates (a giant danio and chinese algae eater), who were there before I got the killifish, are still healthy as usual. The tank is fed an assortment of flakes, pellets, dried blood worms, and algae wafers. I have no idea why the fish died. At one point, I thought I spotted a fuzzy white bump on one of the fish, not like ich, but that was all. The last one alive seems healthy so far and much more active than the others were. That should be a good sign, and I hope she makes it.Even amidst all of the great reviews, it looks like these guys can be a risk. It is an expensive way to get the fish, and they might arrive looking healthy and still not make it for unknown reasons. I have researched them and they were in an ideal aquarium environment for what multiple hobbyists recommended among two other peaceful fish and in an already healthy and established planted tank, plus they are supposed to be hardy and easy fish. The only thing they didn't have access to that was suggested along with the other foods I give the tank was live bloodworms. Perhaps this was the mistake, and if it is, the seller needs to let the buyers know that the fish prefer live food, but most of the sources I read stated that the fish eat a mixture of food including algae on plants, so I would suspect they should have done great in my planted tank with all of the other food options I provide including dried bloodworms. I hope others have better luck with them.

Great add to my yard pond
Great at keeping mosquitoes to a minimum. Also good scavengers that help to keep the pond clean.

Alive and well--but pallid
Pros: The fish arrived alive, and I received an extra fish! (Thanks to seller!) After a day in my community tank, the fish are still alive and seem to be doing well. Cons: These are probably not the most vigorous, vibrant fish one could hope for. But, to be fair, I don't know how much of their seemingly depleted condition is due to travel, so...I'm pleased with my purchase overall. The fish don't yet show the nice coloration you see on bluefin kills you see in pix online, but I'm hoping that will come with time. FYI, fish are of varying sizes, which I hope means that most are young.

Even know the delivery was late - Great Fish
By no fault of the seller, the delivery was delayed several days, but the fish were packaged very well, and survived. They were colorless, skittish, and barely alive, but bounced back in about an hour of being introduced into the aquarium. Tough little killifish. Full of color now, and getting along with their tank mates.

Arrived a week early with two extras but still disappointed…
I was pleasantly surprised when my package of killis arrived a whole week earlier than expected and even more pleasantly surprised to find 7/7 (two extra!) alive in the bag. I acclimated them to a 50 gallon established aquarium, in which I already have blue fin killis from a different source, and put them in a large breeder box with plenty of cover. It was then that I noticed that all seven killis were severely emaciated with sunken bellies. I power fed them frozen foods twice a day but they immediately started dying off. It’s been eight days since they arrived and only two of the original seven have survived. They’re still rather thin but active and coloring up. I don’t expect any sort of refund since they all arrived *technically* alive but I’m very disappointed. I hope the remaining two continue to improve but I’ve had to keep my expectations low and not get too attached.

Extra fish appreciated!
This fish keeper knows their stuff. Custom cut and packed box with an extra heat pack for winter shipping. Double bagged in thick mylar with oxygen and lots of surface area in the bag. The fish themselves arrived alive and kicking, although with two males in the same bag, the sub-dominant one took a little beating but nothing he wouldn't recover from. I only acclimated them to temperature as these are a native species in my area and they had no problem adjusting to dechlorinated tap water in a well cycled and aged 20 gallon long species tank. I'm not bothering to quarantine them as they are the only fish in the tank at this point. I plan to de-worm them over the winter and maybe they'll breed for me in the spring.
