Food Additives
This product advertises to be non- GMO, but doesnt say that it contains food additives like xanthan gum and guar gum, which cause intestinal discomfort.I am disappointed and Amazon says that I can't return this product:(

Love it, but...
I'm adding to this review after I re-ordered it recently. The product I received was more than 5 months past its "Best By" date. That's just not acceptable. I supposed I will have to find another source for this superb product because I can't trust that this seller won't send old product again. Nevertheless, my comments about the product remain...I love this coconut cream the most because it has not sugar. I make several cocktails that call for coconut cream, but the stuff you find in stores (Coco Lopez or Coco Real for example) is mostly sugar, so I can't get a lot of coconut flavor without making the beverages too sweet. Not so with this product. Love it
