Great product for sure....our daughter has been in swim lessons but still at times needed assistance....especially when we were just playing in the pool and not "lesson-ing" her...we didn't want to put full blown floats on her so she could still practice her arm, leg movements and putting her face in the water practicing breath control....this assisted her perfectly and gave her freedom in the pool too at the times we weren't working with her. This product keeps her head out of the water and gave me and my husband a little bit of a comfort when we weren't working on her skills and she just wanted to play. Now she is swimming great with continued practice and swim lessons. It also looks really cute. My daughter is 4, tall and skinny and straps were too big for her. We tied a knot in each strap and it fit her and worked just fine so that is my only negative with the product. BUT....I love that it has two straps and she said it never road up under her armpits.

Used at disability camp on Lake Tahoe. Over 40 Kids of all ages tried this, but many preferred another brand of shark fin. It encouraged kids to get into the water and be brave about something as scary as water. The straps get popping apart as the velcro would not hold. With small skinny body shapes, the fin would frequently slide down and would no longer fit. Cleaned with mild bleach in between using for different kids. There was some discoloration upon first use. Another shark fin brand did not discolored when exposed to mild bleach.

Looks great and the kid loved it. Local sheriff had to be dissuaded from blowing it up. He mumbled something about a bigger boat and wandered off.

Perfect for transitioning from puddle jumper to arms free swimming. It gave my son just the confidence he needed to swim on his own. He actually only used it for a week and he was ready to go without. All the kids in the fam try it now.

My 3 year old daughter loves her shark fin! It's so much easier for her to play in the pool and get around. She has full mobility unlike other flotation devices and it's teacher on to swim without her feeling scared of going under the water. Great product and a must have when teaching your child how to swim.

I have an autistic son that loves being in the water but can't quite swim yet and hates life jackets. The Swim Fin is perfect because it gives him freedom but also keeps him above water.

I wouldn’t call this color pink - more like dull red.Unlike the product description (for children over three years old and adults/beginners), an imprint on the fin says this product is suitable for only 15-30kg.Apparently, there is a bigger adult version fin according to the Chinese/English leaflet enclosed.

Adjust-ability of straps could be better. The foam section is very ridged to the point of discomfort unless you are swimming in a perfect horizontal position (what kid does that 100% of the time). On a positive note, durability os good but the discomfort factor suggests your child will resist using/wearing it. Ours refused to use it after the 1st day.
