Trying to encourage my daughter to read more. So, for every chapter book she reads and does a verbal book report on, she earns a dollar! Best investment ever! She picked these books out and loves them! She's on the last one book and we bought these a month ago. That's a big improvement from reading zero books at home, to 1-2 books a week!

I teach third grade. These are great chapter books for students who are struggling readers. The lexile is third grade, but they’re shorter. This encourages even reluctant readers to work hard to finish it.

My son really enjoyed these books he read them all in a week.
