The knife came in a nice box, packaged with solid foam rubber to safely secure the knife in the box for storage or gift giving. Upon taking the knife out for the first time, you can feel that it has the weight of a quality made knife and not some cheap made lightweight knife. It feels solid and comfortable in the hand with good balance. It arrived with a very sharp edge. Has a nice Damascus steel looking design etched onto the blade. This knife has easily cut everything I have put in front of it from meats, to fresh vegetables and apples too. This will be my go to knife from now on.

this is an amazing knife, very sharp right out of the box. does everything i need it to, cut fruits and veggies, slices potatoes even down to the toughest raw beet with EASE. Feels very safe and ergonomic to hold. My favorite knife. also, looks very elegant and modern, it can fit into any kitchen.

I used this to cut brisket and some potatoes. It cut through both like butter. the knife is real sharp and light weight making it real easy to use and easy on my wrists. Not only has the knife been great in the kitchen it looks great. Well worth the money compared to others I was looking at in the stores. So far I love it.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the knife looks beautiful and its good quality. The packaging is impressive and would make for a nice gift. I wish it was dishwasher safe, but chef's knives aren't anyway.There is one aspect you should be aware of that I didn't see mentioned (note this so that you don't order then want to return)...It looks like a Damascus steel knife, but I believe it's actually an engraved design that's meant to mimic Damascus. That said, nowhere on the page does it claim to be a Damascus knife so I don't feel like it was false advertising. Given that real Damascus knives go for much much more, this knife is definitely still worth it (I just personally wish it was specified a little clearer).

Using it for work and the knife is sharp

My mother in-law loves to cook but still has knives from the 80s and they are always dull. As a nice surprise we got her one of these and she loves it. It holds an edge well. It is light weight and very easy to handle. Its price was very comparable to similar knives. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and would buy other products made by this company.

I recently purchased this knife not knowing what to expect, but using it over the last week and a half I have come to love it! The knife is very sharp and can be used for almost all cooking uses, not to mention the beautiful design of it, it looks great displayed in my kitchen!

It is what is marketed to be. It is sharp, so take caution. Read the instructions on how to keep it sharp. Nice price. Good addition to the cutlery drawer.

Das Produkt wurde sehr schnell geliefert. Allein die Verpackung war sehr edel. Es war in einer schwarzen Verpackung und das Messer wurde auch sicher verpackt. Nach der Entpackung ist sieht man schon den scharfen Schliff.Nach den ersten Anwendungen kann ich nur eine klare Kaufempfehlung rausgeben. Das Messer ist messerscharf. Und das nach Schneiden von unterschiedlichen Produkten. Es ist ein Allroundtalent.Und wie sage ich immer, Qualität hat seinen Preis. Wobei ich den Preis hier mehr als gerechtfertigt finde.Auch als Geschenk ist dies mehr als gut.

Llevo una semana usándolo y parece un buen cuchillo de cocina, de tamaño y peso adecuado, con un diseño elegante y una hoja de acero que simula el damasco. El filo corta muy bien, demasiado bien diría yo. Tiene un buen agarre y es perfecto para cortar y picar verduras. No soy una experta de los cuchillos pero sí he tenido cuchillos de marcas más conocidas, y puedo decir que éste tiene mejor aspecto y da un corte perfecto. Para mí es un cuchillo profesional.

Benutze es auf der Arbeit da ich koch bin. Und es sieht einfach schön aus und lässt sich auch gut handhaben. Es bleibt lange scharf. Das einzige was bis jetz passiert ist das kleine makken in der schneide sind die aber gekonnt weg zu kriegen sind.
