FlapJacked Gluten-Free Mighty Muffins (Lemon Cream, 1.94 Ounce (Pack of 12))

This was delish! I needed a quick breakfast option in the morning with some decent protein content and this hit the mark. This chocolate option was by far my favorite flavor. It was extremely easy to make in the microwave. The only tip I do have is really make sure you are measuring the water. Too little and you with have something so dense it is a bit hard to eat. Too much and you have a a lava cake situation. I would recommend using a measuring cup and not the line measure in the product itself to get a better experience.

These are so good! They have a lot of new flavors. I haven’t tried the new flavors. The variety pack is my favorite. The heating process is a learning curve! It just depends if you want them gooey or like an actual muffin. It also depends on the heat of your microwave. Don’t over cook or they will be too dry! I use to not have a problem getting them and now I can hardly get the variety pack! Give them a try. High protein and you won’t be disappointed!

Tastes great. I add fresh blueberries to get more fresh fruit. This is nutritious and delicious.

I prefer Flapjacked over Kodiak because of the higher protein. However, the Kodiak cinnamon roll muffin has more flavor. With Flapjacked, we are adding more cinnamon powder that stays more evenly distributed.

This product is horrible with zero flavor!And when it was delivered 3 of the tops where off and spilled all over and they won’t return itDo not waste your time on this flavor people trust me or product!!

These are one of my favorite protein muffins. I like to add a handful of fresh or frozen blueberries which takes it over the top! These are very filling too. I highly recommend.

I bought a few variety packs so I could taste test the different flavors, and 10/10 hands down the double chocolate was my favorite so I ended up ordering more that was just that flavor. Wasn’t a huge fan of any of the others, though none were in-edible. Generally the texture of all of them was similar, but I wouldn’t call it a muffin texture, definitely more cake-y. You also have to follow the directions exactly. I brought these to work a couple of time without a ¼ cup measuring cup and tried to eyeball it. This was a mistake. Too much or too little water really effects the cooking. I also loved adding a bit of peanut butter to the batter before microwaving, made the whole thing even more delicious.Overall, I think they’re tasty and love that they have extra protein, but I would not use this as a protein supplement. There’s still a good amount of carbs and sugar in it, so it’s more of a healthier twist on an infrequent treat. With that said, use protein powder and make your own microwave cake for a fraction of the cost. I will likely not purchase again due to the high cost.

Flapjacked is an excellent brand for making instant muffins in the microwave in 45 seconds. There are imitators out there, but only this brand works for me. Out of all the flavors made by Flapjacked, Cinnamon Roll is the best….not just because I like the flavor, but because this muffin flavor rises the most, and that gives it a fluffy texture. Also, this flavor is still edible long after it’s cold; I can’t say that for sure about the other flavors. For making these muffins I find it’s important to put exactly 1/4 cup water into the cup and mix as directed. I use a dry measure cup for 1/4 cup and find this works best. These are so delicious I was willing to wait 2 months to receive them. I appreciate these muffins as a quick meal or snack because they contain protein and are very convenient.

Love these! Super convenient. Be sure not to over cook or it does taste really dry. I like to top mine with light whipped cream or some good north ice cream

I love love love these flapjacked muffins, especially the chocolate peanut butter. It’s chocolatey enough to feel like a treat, they’re a bit fluffier and spongier than typical muffins but the nutrition and Macro ratios make them perfect for me. I was excited to buy in bulk to save a bit of money since they’re pretty pricy and our local supplement store marks them up to almost $5/ea. However I opened the box to find a mess of powdered muffin mix all over everything, luckily only one muffin was punctured from the pressure of being stacked. In the future the shipping dept might want to put a piece of cardboard between layers of muffins to avoid another mess for their customers. So basically I got 11 muffins and it pretty much ate up whatever savings I stood to gain by ordering online :( but I still have 11 muffins *happy dance*

These were truly disgusting, they tasted like chemically protein powder sponge.
