Rosemary Conley: All New Hip And Thigh Solution [VHS]

I was happy to find this tape on amazon as I lot somewhere the one I had. The workout is great, just long enough to be effective (around 20 minutes), a very nice music, easy to follow to get the speed and the rhythm. What I like about this tape that is done by real ladies for real ladies. It is not done by those girls who only exercise all day and eat next to nothing. I really like it! It would be great if it would be available on a DVD as not everyone has VHS players at home. I bought a few other DVDs done by Rosemary Conley but did not find them so good as this one.

the dvd is not rosemary Conley so will be returning itl.

Excellent video if your young and very active, unlike the original Hip & Thigh which is more sensible for the older person of lower energy levels that want to get fit. I do not recommend this video if you r totally unfit, as it is to energetic for starters. If your young and reasonably fit fine.

I was so very pleased to be able to purchase this favorite video again! I had inadvertently damaged my old favourite by rewinding/fast forwarding to hurriedly get back to the Aerobics starting point. I will look after this one when I start using it next week! Thank you.

Tape didn't work sadly so wasted my money

I enjoyed this routine of exercise so much that over ten years later I still remember them and incorporate into my aquafit routine.its certainly easier in water.It was my era music and 'normal' people exercising, not big hair and bigger smiles type.

This product arrived as stated, it was purchased for my mother as the one she had has worn out!!!!! Excellent service would use again.

This is a shame its not on d v d, I've loads of fitness tapes and d v ds, but always come back to rosemarys fitness products
