Not bad. Purchased for a sales rep as a gift and he loved it! He said he’s afraid to write in it because it’s so nice :)

I followed the instructions on font and design choice, and was a little nervous if it would come out right. Item shipped very quickly and arrived almost a week and a half before the earliest estimated date. Notebook was in great condition and exactly what I asked for. It was a gift, and the recipient loved it. Very happy with my purchase.

The inscription was perfect and the quality of the notebook was better than expected. I even received it faster than they previously said.

So disappointed!! Had this sent directly to the recipient and I am so embarrassed! The note book is shocking and the engraving does not look anything like I expected! The name I asked for at the top isn't even clearly visible! I asked for an image and was told it wasn't possible, only words, yet I see that people have been able to have what I have asked for. The communication was really difficult when explaining what I wanted even thought it was clear from my end, wording at the top and wording at the bottom. I have requested a refund so I can already try to buy something else for my friend as compensation!!

Really pleased with this. I asked the seller to do a little tweak to the personalisation and they responded quickly on a Sunday to tell me they would do it. It was dispatched the next day. Arrived by the Wednesday. Great customer service. Really nice notebook too and the personalisation is well done.

A fantastic notebook! This is going to be a gift for my mum and I requested a quote that her late father used and I know she’ll love it. It was very good value for money and very fast delivery and superb quality. One of the best things about it is that doesn’t seem to be a limit to the amount of text you can use. There probably is but I haven’t found it yet.

Quality of the note book is good but I'm disappointed by the way the personalisation has been done. As you can see it's off centre, and there's a mark on the front too. If this was for myself I would be less annoyed, but as it's a gift, it makes it look cheap.
