I have been listening to Ana's music on Amazon for several years. Watching all of the great reviews she has received but just am not normally a pop music loving kinda guy,Finally I decided to quit being stubborn and take a chance...... Her voice grabbed me from the start, She has a dialect and a way of presenting herself that makes me wish I could see her live. I love to see confidence and pride in a singer,\Wow she has it.She carries herself in her music with such pride and confidence that she blew me away when I got the first CD I ordered from her. You got me Ana...... You are Excellent.............keep it coming

You will not regret it.While you're at it, buy her most recent album as well. It is also a very fine album.Why she is not an international star, I don't get it.She will be. Mark my words.

Another great album by Ana. Most of you Ana fans know she's studied jazz and you'll always find a little jazz influence in her blues. There are few female guitar players who are better and not that many male guitar players either. This woman has talent! Hope I can go see her the next time she tours the US.

Seen her band live in detroit (at Callahans) and like her Hush Cd ( Very Hot.)Ana is a rare talent. Her band/Sound production is in my opinion "top shelf"in my collection.

This is a great album to listen to while traveling, at work, sitting around with friends or just working around my home.

If you disregard some of the negative reviews about this CD and take a look on YouTube, you will find Ana playing the blues. I think this CD has had some negative reviews as the blues purists may not consider Ana as a blues player.For me a blues musician is not someone who can be taught the music, you either have it or you do not. Ana is a gifted player of the delta blues, a touch of blues/rock and an exceptional singer. In her early years a lot of what you hear on Ana's releases is influenced by the music her dad played and listened to.There is a delicious touch of jazz which is mixed in with the predominant blues. If you love someone who plays guitar that is of the planet and then belts you with an amazing voice, you do not need to look any further.

Ana is a top blues rock guitar player and singer. You must own all her CDs. If you are hesitating, check her out on Utube, I guarantee you will be back here ordering this in no time. I want to marry her.

I bought this CD on the strength of the one track that I had heard, a blues duet with Bernard Allison "Bring your fine self home", Itis knockout. Unfortunately, there is no other track on the CD like it! I have played the CD a few times to try to get to like it, but without success - too modern jazz/jazzy for my taste, I am afraid. Don't be caught out!

Out of the 12 songs on CD Track 1 & track 11 with Bernard Allison are the best. Remaining are good. But I love Ana Popovic , especially her soulful voice.

Another great album from a talented artist, again Ana shows her skill and versatility.
