(Review updated)I clarified with Gozney the reason for the prop 65 warning on the product, and the nature of the coating material, which turned out to be irrelevant and not the root cause of the warning label. The coating is a safe oxide and not plastic, I was informed.Thank you for a well made, wonderful product.

Way better than the typical roller cutter

I purchased this not for cutting pizza, but for cutting caramels and candy that I make. It has a nice long blade which is extremely sharp, so I keep it in the box to protect it from being damaged. The rocking motion makes cutting easy and it works as I want it to. I am pleased with this purchase. It cleans up easily as well.

I'm always looking to up my pizza game. Thought this might be better than a pizza wheel cutter....and it is. If anything it looks and feels impressive. Not any better than the Winkler Battle Axe I've been using to cut pizza. The knife collector in me had to have it, I can't pass up buying a new knife. This rocker cuts so cleanly. In the past, I only used the wheel type cutter. Maybe it was an inexpensive one because it took several rounds to cut a slice. This rocker does the job in one good cut or maybe a bit more. Makes a big difference!

Coming from a cheaper rocker to this is like going from a Fiat to a Ferrari. Heavy, well made, sharp, perfect cuts every time. Mine came with a blade cover as well.

This is an excellent, high quality pizza rocker. For the price, which is at least twice as expensive as similar rockers, there is not blade cover. Why do you need a cover? The blade is razor sharp and will slice your fingers if you are not carful. If you put this in a drawer or leave it on a counter you can easily slice a finger. A cheap plastic blade cover would have completed this purchase. Gozney makes high quality accessories but they charge for every little thing. Gozney, if you are going to overcharge at least provide a complete solution vs. leaving us consumers to figure out how to finish the job for you.
