Pleasantly Surprised
I was prepared to be disappointed because I fell for the hype before with my previous chair (SecretLabs) and was severely disappointed due to it being just an average uncomfortable chair. I never heard of these new chair companies so I knew I was rolling the dice with this purchase. Boy, was I surprised with this chair. It's so comfortable I actually took a nap in it. All the gimmicks actually WORK! The waist thing is very comfy and I really thought the foot rest was so gimmicky and would break and I'd just throw that part away but I love it. No need for an ottoman now. I was worried based on some reviews about confusing assembly and too many parts but no. It was easy. I would just buy allen wrench bits for your cordless drill/screwdriver and it will go by fast. Great Chair!

Great Multi-Purpose Chair. Professional or Home Office!
Honestly feels like an 800 dollar chair. It’s mostly a metal build, which is great to see for heavier people. A lot of chairs at this price are designed for people under 180, but being around 260 I don’t feel like I’m going to break it. Assembly was a breeze, with only a handful of screws to put in. And I saw the video of the lady giving it a one star that kind of worried me.. the adjustments are position based, so when you pull them all the way out they go back to their home position. They have different clicks to listen for so it will stay in place. Honestly, five stars well deserved!!!

Great chair with a few flaws.
The chair feels good and nice but if you can, you may want to try and get the foot rest. I opted for the non-footrest version. As for the price, I think it should be lower. Functionality feels fine. lumbar part you easily get used to. The only thing I really dislike is how flimsy the back headpiece is. It will stay on but if you happen to accidentally hit it with enough pressure, it will disconnect.

Solid build with very comfortable headrest
The media could not be loaded. This chair is built with solid materials, a lot of metal pieces. Very stable for me at more than 200lbs. The assembly took less than 30min with a handy power tool by myself. The headrest is one of the most versatile and comfortable one I’ve ever used even compared with some more expensive chairs. The seat cushion is a little bit hard but supports very well. Lumbar support is also quite nice with height and width adjustment. Seat depth is adjustable as well. Overall, a very decent chair for home office.

Updated. Comfort level 7/10. Wobbly. Doesn’t worth the original $500 price
The media could not be loaded. Seller customer service reached out to me and they were very helpful and they stood behind their product and resolved my issuePros:Seat is wide and long enough for me, 5’9”Head rests is good, it is adjustable 6 ways, up and down, forward and backward, and tiltsBack is nice and adjustableWheel are decent, nothing special and nothing bad about themCons:The tension of lower spring that tilts the whole chair can’t be adjusted, it is fixed to one tension and that is itThe whole chair is very wobbly because it has too many pcs connected together, I think that is expected for $350

Health.
As a designer who has been working for a long time, I know the importance of a proper office chair to my health. This ergonomic office chair not only helps me maintain a correct sitting posture, but also reduces the pressure on the cervical and lumbar vertebrae, truly realizing the concept of healthy office. The appearance design is also very fashionable. Simple lines and elegant color matching make it a bright landscape of the office and enhance the grade of the whole office environment.

Mesh will shred skin
The lumbar support is curved and on the highest points of the center peicesthe mesh and edge sticks too far out and shreds skin through shirts or any cover you put on it. Other than that the adjustment is nice but very easy to move the wrong way and cause the hight to collapse while sitting in it. The seat is also sharp and uncomfortable and the mesh overall is just terrible quality. you can easily do much better chair wise

Comfortability and adjustability in every way
Haven't had for long time but seems to be a good chair. I hope/expect it lasts for a few years.
