I was pleasantly surprised it arrived today instead of Saturday the 16th, happy with the fast delivery.The headset was needed urgently as it was needed for HF-communication and even professional headsets from Clark, costing over £600, causing me RF interference and voice distortions. After a little modification for the Electret Mic is was a great pleasure to receive excellent modulation reports and had no issues at all with the RF distortions. Also bought the PTT switch with which together is the perfect combination.Great headset to use in a busy environment.

Recently purchased to take with me to Ukraine, after getting it out and attachment to my helmet I was testing putting the cans on and off, to make sure everything was working! May be on the 5-6 time doing this, a key component of the brackets had snapped and is no longer functioning.I then followed to email the Earmore company, which then told me to contact seller, seller is now telling me I did it with to much force and can’t help me out. And because this part rarely breaks, they don’t have any, they cannot even sacrifice one piece from a new one and send it to me just so I can have a functional product that’s essentially PPE for me. I’d find another brand and spend a lil bit more money to get what you pay for, wouldn’t buy these for more than 38£!Update: the company at the end shipped me the part that broke and made them functional again. Customer service gets them 2 extra stars.
