Overall a Great vacuum travel mug. Upon receiving the travel mug it came in very little packaging, a plastic sleeve and unassuming thin cardboard box; fine by me as I'm often wary of products which are over packaged and under deliver however there's no 'apple-esque' levels of box chic if you were planning on gifting the item to someone.The item itself is sleek, free of branding (which I like!) and compact, around the size of a beer can. It comfortably fits a standard sized coffee in (+milk) or a mugs worth of tea. It fits neatly in the hand and the latch operation is easily used with a single hand, if one was driving for example, I have a '08 reg car with three different sized cup holders in it, and it fits solidly in all three; because of the weight and low centre of gravity of the item when full it doesn't rock or topple when positioned upright during driving.I've been using travel mug for just under a week now and although I haven't tested it for leaking I can't imagine it would (although can't guarantee it doesn't) as it has a very close seal, a locking latch and a lipped spout for drinking from.For the price this is by far the best travel mug I have used, it kept my coffee at a pretty exact temperature for the duration of a 2hr commute, It's easy to clean, solidly made and attractive.

I LOVE this! I was reticent about buying an insulated mug without a handle - but having seen a colleague with something similar and being concerned about carrying hot drinks around the corridors I went for it. It's amazing. As long as you don't fill it above the upper lip it is completely water tight. I have enjoyed hot tea in a hospital waiting room, an external meeting, outside my daughters' swimming lesson as well as around work. There is no metallic taste, it is easy to clear and keeps your drink hot for over 2 hours. The capacity is the same as my mugs at home, so it's just perfect; one hot drink in a size that can fit in a bag, or even in a big pocket (if you're out on a walk). I have read what others have said about the lid touching your forehead and if you are not careful you can end up with a small, tea-coloured circle between your eyes, but you can avoid that with care. I'm satisfied: I am never without tea! Getting one for my husband, too!

I bought this because I wanted something that would keep my coffee warm whilst driving around and, as importantly, was easy to drink from.Too many of the usual insulated drinks holders have a small hole at the top with a sliding mechanism above it. I’ve always found these are awkward (messy!!) and too easy too burn your lips when drinking something hot.The drinking mechanism on this is much better. There’s a lid on the top which springs open easily using just one hand and then the drink is funnelled into your mouth using a kind of shute system. This means that hot drinks don’t touch your lips on the way in and so in turn don’t burn them. I’ve used this lots of time now and haven’t once spilled anything either, so overall it does a very good job.Drinks stay pretty warm too for a couple of hours, which is more than acceptable. Personally, I’d have been happier if it was a little bigger as you can only just get the contents of a normal cup in there, which is not really enough while you’re out and about. Otherwise though, a great product.

I seem to have gone through so many travel mugs because they're either not very effective or so fiddly to clean that they've eventually needed to be thrown away. The last pair by a reputable brand that we bought, we binned after the first use (despite the price) because the drinks were cold 40 minutes later. These though! It's a different story with these. Right from the start they feel like good quality. They look smart. Hours after making the drinks they were still piping hot. Easy to clean so i'm not expecting any grimy build up. No leaking! We're thinking about buying more so we can stock up for long journeys and days out. The capacity is obviously smaller than some others but it's still a mug full and it's still hot when you get to it.

Not 100% leakproof.I noticed it had leaked on my car seats and initially thought maybe I had not tightened it! However after the second leak I tried it at home and it is leaking from the lid.Apart from the leak the flask is ok, nice colour and not too large. Fits my car cup holders as well.It really does keep your drinks warm to the point I burnt my mouth the first time I used it so no do half hot water and half cold!Another plus is the flask does not heat up on the outside so easy to hold!Just a shame it leaks otherwise would be 4-5 stars!

I fell in love with this the first day I used it. It truly is leak proof! I put it in my handbag, filled with water as a test run and it got bashed about and fell over during my trip to work, but when I opened my bag nothing was wet. All my previous travel mugs I've had to hold because they've always been leaky. This keeps my coffee nice and hot from when I make it in the morning to when I get to work about an hour later. There have been times the coffee's even been too hot to drink! It's easy to clean, looks fantastic and really does it's job as a travel mug very well. Only thing is that it looks bigger than it is, the bottom is very thick so it doesn't hold as much liquid as I expected, but still plenty for a lovely coffee in the morning!

Termos veramente fatto bene. Poco ingombrante ma capiente il giusto, sta senza problemi in borsa e con il blocco della chiusura lo puoi trasportare in tutta tranquillità senza paura che si possa aprire. Ottime le guarnizioni e la tenuta, non perde nemmeno una goccia. Il caffè rimane caldo x ore. Io lo preparo alle 7 del mattino, alle 9 addirittura scotta e alle 15 del pomeriggio è ancora tiepido, il tutto mentre la parte esterna è perfettamente fredda così può stare in tutta sicurezza in borsa vicino a cose che potrebbero danneggiarsi col calore.Devo dire che oltre ad essere funzionale è anche molto bello. Era proprio ciò che stavo cercando da tempo.

All'interno ha un odore di vernice non sono riuscita ad usarla, riproverò a lavarla con acqua calda e bicarbonato p aceto
