L-Theanine Powder by UltiNutrient (100 Gram)

I was looking for a supplement to help me get relieved from a stress coming from my day work and learned that L-Theanine could be a good help. I was sceptical a bit if it will work on me initially but I thought nothing could go wrong trying to take this product as it is basically just an amino acid found primarily in black and green tea. As I also bought other products from Ultinutrient, I decided to buy L-Theanine Powder from them as well at once. Taking the product could incredibly relieve my stress without giving me drowsiness like prescription anti-anxiety drugs which was a good start. I was also happy with it as It also helped me improving my alertness and attention as well as giving me more focus on what I was doing. This is the first time I try L-Theanine powder so I could not directly compare the quality of Ultinutrient’s L-Theanine with the others, but I would say that their quality is top-notch. Purchase was smooth and the delivery was quick as could be expected from Amazon fulfilment service. If you are looking for a supplement for stress relieve, I would definitely recommend that you try this product.

I saw a person knocking this product for smell or something.I finished the package and wish I had ordered larger pack!It works, it's noticeable and a great price. I really want to emphasize that this is a real L-Theanine and not some fake kind. I'm not discrediting the other guy... just I really think this is great and great value for the price.Also, I'm a little sensitive to fake nutrients if I didn't know that this was packaged at the same plant as name-brand... maybe I would have skipped over it. Glad I didn't.Happy Customer :)

Skeptical at first, but now I'm a believer. Completely changed my mornings. I'm alert and focused without being caffeine wired, and its effect is faster anyway with no crash (that surprised me too). It's easiest to dissolve in hot water and add to a morning drink - when diluted you can barely taste it (slightly bitter). Coffee fixes that! Be aware of the dosing - I picked up a milligram scale to be safe.

I use one teaspoon in my smoothie so whatever flavor it is, I won't notice the difference.

Not buying this again. Made me sick and has a very strong chemical smell to it. Definitely no calming effects to it when your throwing up. I took 200 mlg and about 15 minutes after I didn't feel well at all and it lasted hours. It sucked! My body is very sensitive to chemicals and there is definitely chemicals in this that are not supposed to be. As soon as I opened the package it smelled a chemical cleaning agent and was not good. I know that I've never used any amino acids that have ever smelled like this. All the amino acids I've ever used has been odorless and very powdery. Not whatever this. I don't know if I got a bad batch, but buyer definitely beware.

I'd rather just get my l theanine from tea.

I love everything about this product! I take it for my anxiety as well as feeding one of my personal dogs l-theanine for his anxiety. This really works!
