My dog has food allergies ranging from potato to beef. I have to be very careful what foods and treats I buy. Salmon Paws Jerky is perfect because the ingredients are just that Salmon!Coat shine and joint health are additional benefits to you pet. I will advise that you follow the package guidance to REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING. No fillers and preservatives mean these will spoil and grow mold if left out. One package lasts me about a month and I have no issues keeping the treats fresh in the fridge.Great company, fast delivery and a quality product. Bought this product from FurBabies and Amazon Fulfillment Services and both companies shipped old dried up hard as a rock Salmon Paws Jerky Treats. Bought from Save U More and product was fresh and not near the end of the date code just like buying directly from Salmon Paws website. Salmon Paws Salmon Jerky Treats are outstanding for diabetic dogs because they contain only protein. My pom has to take insulin & her Vet approved Salmon Paws Salmon Jerky Treats. Wished Salmon Paws would sell directly through Amazon so I could be sure to get current dated product.

I opened this and was almost knocked to the floor by the fish smell. The product crumbled at the lightest touch and my cat would not eat it.

I have purchased these before and my dog loved them. I fed treats from the bag I just received and my pup got horrible gastrointestinitious. This led to severe vomiting and diarrhea. We ended up at the emergency vet with severe dehydration and a cost of $720 for the visit which included hospitalization. I'm not sure if I got a bad batch/bag but I will never buy these again. This was the only change to her diet. Treats were broken up and fed sparingly. They were also refriderated after opening. Her poop was dark orange which further suggests it was these treat. Very disappointed.

I know this product is listed for dogs but my cats love it. They are not beggars but when we have smoked salmon out they go nuts and this is the next best thing. Even my shy boy who does not usually take treats goes for it. I am not a pet food expert but this looks like it is basically just dried salmon and has to be good for them. Great product, reasonable quantity for the price. One warning - it does smell like salmon and is a bit chewy. My cats are large and like chewing on it. Little cats might find it tough. I will definitely re-order

I have bought this many times before with no problems and my dogs love it, but recently the salmon looks like this- White and Green Mold all over it!! What happened to quality control?!!
