The lock dose not work. But I love the everything else about the bottle.

Leaks. The top doesn’t stay closed. After the backpack was wet a few times we had to stop using. Water got everywhere. Love it but not helpful if the water comes out of it.

I wanted to love this bottle, but I just can't. Giving it two stars because I really do love other versions of Tervis cups, and the Cherry Blossom design I purchased was cute. But this "leak-proof" lid pops open at the slightest bump. Just look at it wrong and the latch might jiggle loose--even if "locked". I will keep watching to see if Tervis figures out how to fix the weak latch, and try the newer version, but until then this bottle is essentially useless because I'm tired of risking another spill.

Tervis for the win! This was a huge hit with my daughter. She was able to express her style while having a clear waterbottle for school. Holds water temperature well with ice. Durable.... she's dropped several times and so far no cracks or issues.

Beautiful cup but the top is not useable as advertised. There should be a way to lock the top, however, when pressing the button or if the button is accidentally tapped/pushed then it still pops open. Having a hard time getting a hold of product assistance or seller to fix issue
