You will receive QA/QC rejected parts
A number of the inserts had a big "X" marked on them with permanent marker because they failed quality control. There with paint spots covering defects in the opposing side (the cutting side) of the carbide inserts. Some of these are factory defects that were sold anyway. AVOID.
