The letters were what I asked for. I made a request to the company via a message & they were extremely helpful. The letters were good quality. They were delivered perfectly intact & quickly. All good x

The letters I wanted are here and intact although some stuck together. Clear good letters good size. Not very good packaging, placed in zip bag and wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed in a box. Nothing to separate the letters, could easily have been broken. No spare letters even though less than 30 ordered. Remember to add more spare letters to make up your order.

I'm so impressed with this seller,, I orderd blue letters reading it was up to 35, I have 2 birthdays so wanted blue for my girls theme and yellow for my boys theme but didn't want to order too sets so I emailed asking if they could do yellow for my boys name, and they did! Even added little hearts which I wasn't expecting, can't wait to use these on my kids cakes!

Absolutely perfect - look fantastic! I stated the most important letters for the customisation and also mentioned an extra phrase to make up to the 30, although these weren't as urgent - needless to say I got both and also very prompt delivery considering the current circumstances, so well in time for my daughter's birthday. I'm honestly thrilled and couldn't praise the seller enough - fantastic service and extremely good value for money.

I don't normally give full stars but I was more than pleased with my letters. I ordered them on the Tuesday and received them by the Thursday. They were a good size, lovely colour and arrived well packaged. I would fully recommend this company and would use them again.
