I really like these for my four year old. They have a great taste and are essential for her healthy habits. It’s a plus that they aid in digestion because she has problems in that area. They are good quality vitamins at a reasonable price. I find their effectiveness to be above average.

My 2 yo & 4 yo both take these vitamins easily. They are a good size for a 2 yo. I wouldn't go any younger unless you break them in half. They are good quality for the value of money.

So these taste pretty good and they are in the shape as regular gummy bears so they were easy to get my children to take. I have young kids and I feel like they are a bit hard to chew. Both my kids said they were hard so I tried and even I had a bit of trouble chewing them. I've had other gummies from this brand and they were softer. I'm sure it depends on the vitamins and ingredients.Your kid should take 2 a day. If you only have one child you will get 45 days worth. Each dose contains 3 grams of fiber. I do wish they contained more.Overall my kids take them but struggle a bit. I won't get them again for that reason.

My 5 year old loves these vitamins. They are of soft gummy texture but don’t stick in your teeth. The added fiber is a plus and helps keep my son regular. The price is also affordable which I appreciate. I used to buy separate fiber gummies and multi vitamins for my son but I was happy to find the benefits of both in these gummy vitamins!
