After 25 years, my original doorbell failed. I was going to try and repair it, but it was so high up on the wall that I couldn't even reach it with the extension ladder I had! So, enter this device. You couldn't get any easier to install. Having two audio devices is perfect, one each on two of the three floors of my townhome. Sound is nice and easy to hear.

After many years, my wired doorbell finally died. Actually, it still worked, but the nice melody it use to play deteriorated into what sounded like squawks of death cries. I decided to try a wireless unit, even though I was concerned about the coverage claims that are generally made on wireless devices.This device came with two remote ringers. I put one in my living room and one in my upstairs study. The outside doorbell button could be attached via double back tape or screwed on. I choose to screw the button on the outside of the house. The only concern I had with the button is that you must depress the button at the bottom to make the doorbell ring. I am afraid some people may try to press it in the middle and it won’t ring, but so far that doesn’t seem to be an issue. The button is powered by a watch-type battery, which is supposed to last several years. It is easy to replace. The ringers come with over fifty tones to select. They can easily be selected by pushing a button on the side. You can have a different tone for each ringer. I tried about a dozen or so before settling on a tone. Some are very brief and some play longer. I chose one of the longer playing tones. You can also set the volume of each ringer on the side as well. I found the volume range to be quite adequate. The loudest level is actually too loud for me. The remote ringers worked fine, and I found that the range was adequate for where I placed both ringers.

Purchased August 27, 2019 and installed product right away. It came with an adhesive that stuck to my siding easily. As of January 2021 it is still on and working. I hadn't read the description correctly when ordering. It has only one door bell and two of the plugin ringer receivers to hear it; I thought I was ordering two doorbells for each side of the house. I put the second plugin ringer receiver in the detached garage for when I'm working out there to hear people ring at the front of the house but the range must be too far because I wasn't able to hear it ring out there. So if you are looking for a doorbell with a long range this probably isn't the best product for you. I'm not sure what to do with the second receiver, maybe if I had an indoor shop with loud equipment or a sound proof room it would be good in there for a second receiver but as is, I can hear the main ringer anywhere in the house and the range isn't long enough to use in the garage studio. I gave the product 5 stars for ease of use, easy installation, quality and the kiddos love the different ring tones and songs.

This is a great system, good range, great price, and works well. I had the same exact brand and model (NOVETE D-3C Model number SGNV004ABUS) that I bought 3 years ago. Someone ripped off and broke my front door bell ringer so, I bought the exact same make and model as before as I have two existing receivers from the original. The setup and installation was easy for the new pieces, but I could not get the new doorbell ringer to pair with the old receivers. It works fine, I just could not add the old ones even though they are the same. I would recommend to any buyer, just know you cant pair with an older same model.

My home is concrete block, the front door is a "fire rated" door, with a heavy storm door so it's next to impossible to hear someone knock. I've tried the cheap wireless doorbells and they didn't have the range to reach the unit inside. I received this 2 days ago, very easy to install and worked right out of the box. I have one receiver unit in the middle of the house, even on low volume it can be heard from any room. The 2nd receiver is on the screened patio out back. Both work great! Since the house is concrete block I used the adhesive option to install the unit at the front door rather than the screws, time will tell if the adhesive will stick, but so far so good.Updated 8/27/2024: Originally ordered one in 2020 for different home, moved in 2021 and left it with that house. Ordered one for my current home in February, 2021. I just had to replace the battery today, so it lasted over 3 years. Was fairly easy to replace the battery, even though there are no specific instructions on how to do so, it wasn't too difficult to figure out. Overall I'm still pleased with it. Well worth the money in my opinion.

I bought this kit three years ago. I couldn't be more pleased. It does just what its supposed to do every time. I believe I have only changed the batteries in the sending unit one time so battery life is great. It's plenty loud so I can hear it all over the house

Simple and set up could not be easier. Just a simple door bell. I got what I paid for!

This item comes with 2 pin US/EU type plug attatchments and is therefore unusable in the UK without an adaptor.

Solid value, installation is simple to follow. Excellent selection of chimes, audio is crystal clear.
