I am so frustrated! I bought this in October to use for Christmas. Put it up beginning of December. A hole ripped in the seam 2 weeks after putting it up. Amazon won't allow me to return it since I purchased it in October, and now I'm out $70, plus I didn't even get to use it for Christmas. There needs to be a better policy for situations like this. It's obvious an item like this wouldn't be used until Christmas!The quality of the material of this is crap, and you are better off going to the store and buying last minute so you don't end up stuck with a cheap piece of material that is not able to be used what it was intended for!!!Between raising the price on Prime, and how difficult it is to get a hold of someone for a faulty product is ridiculous. I'm about done with Amazon all together!

Bought this a few months ago for Christmas this year. Husband & I just unboxed to put up now that it’s decemeber. A 1 inch hole in it & my return window closed a week ago. Very disappointing & a waste of money now that I can’t get a refund or exchange for another one. I don’t even see anywhere to contact the seller either.
