This is my second tourniquet holder and this one is significantly cheaper (more than half the price) than my first one. The holder itself works well. It holds my CAT tourniquet just fine. The flap has a pull tab to make getting the tourniquet easier, especially handy in a high-stress situation. There is a pocket in the back for shears with a velcro retention strap. There's 2 side elastic straps to hold a pen and needle, if you want to do that. It comes with a medical patch, which is great. I like the patch. There are several ways to attach it in the back.This holder is heavier and bulkier than my old one. I think a part of what makes this heavier is the attachment point in the back. There are 2 straps with button closures in the back. My old one uses a simpler molle system.The pull tab on the tourniquet flap is black. They should make it red or another color so it can be easier seen. The way it is now, it blends in, especially if its' getting dark.

Too soft for wearing tourniquet on a belt, hangs at weird angles. May work good if strapped to a backpack or med kit.

Note that this does not come with a tourniquet. That being said, this molle ready pouch is great for your hiking battle belt. It is nicely labeled so if you are with a hiking buddy and something extreme happens, they can quickly find your tourniquet and save your life. The patch really stands out in any weather. The molle webbing secures tightly to any molle belt/backpack/vest you may have or use this with. The material is durable and won't give up on you. You can trust this pouch to hold your tourniquet in some pretty extreme environments. The patch is also removable so if you decide not use this pouch for a tourniquet, you can easily mark your other medical pouch with the patch and use this tourniquet pouch for a flashlight or something else.

This SXJWISHES MOLLE Tourniquet Holder seems pretty nice and very useful. It is well-designed, and the materials seem quite good. I really appreciate the included hook and loop medical patch and the flexible pals/molle attachment system. One of the molle snap buttons is placed just a little off, but should still work ok. My only concern is that there are several loose threads, one of which started pulling out immediately, and this makes me worry a little about the longevity of this product if used frequently.

The main this is that it's not hidden from view and easily accessed. You can attach it to your tactical vest or your backpack as long as you have a Molle system that has vacant slots. It's made very well, and it will hold in place when you install it on you backpack or vest. The materials used are very durable. The stitching is done perfectly as well. It's very affordable for something that you need easy access to when that time comes instead of fumbling within your bag..
