I was hoping for a an affordable power rack that would allow me to do , 450 lb squat and 315 bench press at home and some basic back and arm pull downs ..This rack is very sturdy well engineered for its price range .The lat pull down attachments are very good home gym quality..I work on heavy equipment for a living so I might have an advantage of some when it comes to assembling the equipment and getting it to work smoothly .Putting the rack together was very straight forward ..I used cordless power tools to assist me .I left everything a little loose while assembling to allow wiggle room when lining up parts and hardware ..I referred back to the illustrated images often and they proved helpful .The only portion not fully covered was the extra length of chain for the back row cable .I have noticed several other reviews mention a problem with the cable not long enough, they seem to have not attached the extra length of chain included with the kit , as it is not easily understood by reading the instruction manual but the pictures from the product page has the images of the correct final assembly .Referring to the images I was able to complete the assemblyMy pulley assembly was missing 1 bushing but the company has already sent out a replacement part ..I had high strength chain and bolts in my garage that I used instead of the extra chain in the kit .The chain and screw on links can be purchased cheap at any hardware store .the 2nd picture is what I used .also I used some gorilla tape to hold the plastic bushing in place on the pull down assembly.finally when everything was assembled I used silicone lube to coat the chrome plated lat pull-down bar and plastic bushingsI’m using the extra chain and clamps that came with the gym on the pull down bars and triceps rope for pull downs ..Overall this is a great home gym IMOBetter than expected ..It holds 450 lb with no problem and comes with commercial gym quality safety guardsI bought an extra set of J-hooks for benching .The set it comes with are fine but I didn’t want to keep switching them around when going from squats to bench.The plate holders work well but are a little to close to the rack at the top rung and there is a chance of interference with the bar weights when doing squats inside the power rack , not a huge concern but something to watch out for , the pull up bar has multiple hand gripsThe dip bars also are good I don't use them much but they work fine .I also purchased some other accessories like ankle clips so I can do hamstring and inside and outside leg raises , so with the extra length of chain and the bar lubed up with silicone the whole assembly works smoothly and way better than expected .the product comes with everything you need but adding a few finishing touches like gorilla taping the bushing in place and lubing up the moving parts with silicone lube I think will help a lot ,Again overall I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend it as a affordable home gym equipment option ..

I think this is a great rack for the money. Obviously it's not a $2000 rack but at this point it's a great competitor. I've had it for a few days so I can't speak for the longevity of the product.Assembly was pretty easy as long as you read and use the directions. It took me just under 2 hours to assemble. Unfortunately I didn't receive the chain and the carabiners in the boxes but I was still able to complete assembly. It would be nice to get those items. Everything else was in great condition and went together very smoothly.As far as quality and sturdiness. I'm 6'0" and 192 pounds. There is a little wobble when I use the pullup bar or the dips. I would expect this given the footprint of the rack and the low price I paid. It does not effect my workout at all. The pullies seem to work great at this point and the design and quality creates a pretty smooth pull.Overall I would highly recommend this product for the average to above average user, especially for the price. If you are a huge guy that lifts super heavy or a professional power lifter this might not be the rack for you. But for now this is perfect for my son and I.

Overall I think this is a really nice home gym set up. Everything was delivered pretty quick and was as described in the listing. Assembly went a lot smoother and quicker than I anticipated. I was done in about an hour working by myself. Using the setup has been solid and it has everything you need to get a solid workout in at home. The rack itself and all the attachments are sturdy enough especially when you have weights stored on it. There’s some shake when doing weighted dips or weighted pull ups or heavy lat pull downs but not so much that it ever feels unstable or unsafe. I absolutely love the lat pull down and the attachments this kit came with. Overall I would recommend this to someone that wants a decent setup at home for those days they can’t make it to the gym that doesn’t cost a fortune. It’s not the nicest setup you can get but for what I paid and what I’ve been able to do with it I’m definitely satisfied.

I'm beyond pleased with my decision and blown away by the customer service!Its beautiful, well built and easy to assemble. The directions are straightforward and the parts for each step are compartmentalized making the process simple. I had to step away a couple times and I had no problem resuming where I left off as they made the process very user friendly.I weigh 190 and have a muscular build and I'm pushing heavy weight on this thing with no worries as its sturdy! Stability is paramount so kudos to RitFit! The safety bars and J hooks are solid and easy to switch out. The pull up bar is amazing. The pulleys and lat pull down are great which is a pleasant surprise because home gym lat pulldowns usually suck! I love this thing and get so excited to workout each day! It also has a wide enough center without making a huge footprint.I also love that the plate holders work for 1 and 2 inch plates! Well played, RitFit!What really impressed me the most is their customer service. I had to submit a warranty claim and their customer service rep was professional, sincere, kind, thorough, and very well spoken. My replacement partwas here in 2 days! Faster than most Amazon deliveries!!!I could go on and on but just know that this is the best piece of home gym equipment I own by a long shot and I had lofty expectations. That alone makes me a happy customer but their customer service drove it home and ensured my loyalty and advocacy for RitFit. I'm reentering the fitness industry here soon and I'll be recommending their products as well as buying more!If you're on the fence just pull the trigger...you'll be happy you did and you've got a company that cares about their customers while standing by their product.

Not very versatile as they make it seem.I had to make adjustments to the rig to support my weights plates.One piece arrived broken and the would not replace it. They would rather have me send the entire rack back than shipping me a new piece.Pulley system is not adjustable. It’s a one size fits all which is not right.Save your money and buy something else.
