I thought this was rather old fashioned - so it's a very particular taste/ design which some will love and others won't. Take the time to look through the photos carefully. It's quite a heavy fabric - so not particularly breathable - ie: not great if you're a sun lizard who wants to lie out in the sun all day. Instead it's very suitable for jumping about in the waves/ or if you worry about your bits & bobs falling out at the pool - it keeps everything in its place when doing water activities.Great for active water-wear, not great for tanning poolside. I ordered the blue bikini version with the green piping, and it's really quite vibrant and fun. The fabric is lined, and has a quality feel and the cut and stitching is all good, with no loose threads. There's no tie cord at the waist, which is kind of essential for swimming, so don't go diving into the pool or the shorts will end up around your ankles! This set is more suited to paddling, posing by the pool with a cocktail, and playing beach games.For me personally the shorts fit better than the top, which is a bit tight on me. The top is built like a sports bra, and has pads for added boost. There's none of the adjustment you get with a tie-sided bikini, so either it fits you or it doesn't. You can undo the zip, but that's more for getting in and out of the thing. The shorts are perfect though, and I guess it's just a result of my body shape - proportionally bigger up top than down below. As a result I find myself often wearing the shorts on their own, and they work well paired with something simple. The colours and cut give them a retro, 60's feel, when worn without the sports bra top, and I like them a lot.I can't really blame the bikini top for being tight on me, when it's down to my own particular body shape, so I'm going to award a full five stars. Just remember not to go diving in them though.

This bikini set features a secure half zipper fastening on the bikini top front which allows for easier application & removal of the garment.Both the bikini bottoms & top feature contrasting piping along the trims which makes the colours stand out, I opted for the blue option with the mint green trim which looks great, both colours are vibrant & flattering.The top features soft padded cups which are easily removable via the inner side seams & a breathable, lightweight black coloured mesh fabric racerback design at the reverse which allows for greater freedom of movement.The fabric feels comfortable & soft whilst also being fast drying, I am 5’ 4” & usually wear a UK dress size 6/8 & frequently purchase clothing in size XS so I selected the Small size which feels a little tight on the top & a little loose on the trims of the bottoms, if I were to purchase this set again I would opt for the next size up.

Great little swim set, hides your wobbly bits well. It’s very comfy and supportive. Removable pads so they went straight in the bin, much better without them. Bright colour.

Like the colour vibrant, bright and visible. Good material and seems comfy to wear as well. Price wise not too bad at all.
