As others have mentioned, it is smaller than I expected - even though I knew that before buying. Still, it's perfect for our current needs, especially as I'm the only one of the 2 of us who is likely to actually eat the final end product, lol. I am new to yogurt making and only make small batches so far.Outcome, after 24 hours: 2 cups of unstrained whole milk yogurt made 1 cup of liquid whey and 1 cup of strained yogurt. "Your mileage may vary . . ."My process: After a new batch of whole milk yogurt had finished fermenting and was refrigerated overnight, I put 2 cups of it into the strainer and put that back in the fridge. After 24 hours, you can see the results. It is so good, really creamy!! It is not as thick or dense as store bought Greek yogurt, and is very similar to the consistency of sour cream. That may be in part depending on what the starting yogurt is like. I used a small spatula to take the strained yogurt out and there was minimal loss of yogurt to the container/mesh.Clean up was easy with hot soapy water (hand washed). I did that right away to avoid having to deal with dried bits that would likely be more stubborn.I actually like this much better than store bought Greek yogurt. Depending on how much I eat per week, I may end up getting a second one. I have one of those big round ones that often gets suggested when you search. It works very well but is way too big for the amount of yogurt we make/eat, and this little gadget fits our needs well.Seller shipped it quickly. It came in a box and had no damage during shipping. This container strains out 24 oz or 3 cups of yogurt. My yogurt maker holds 32 oz. You can add more as it drains but it did fill up my 12 oz mason jar when it was completely drained. It worked well but it is small. Works well if you want to make small batches of sour cream and cream cheese. Easy to use

This is awesome. Just make sure you hand wash it. It is small, I make Greek yogurt with a 1/2 gallon of milk. It takes 3 times filling up to drain it all. I put it in, in the morning and the following day I swap out with more. It makes it really thick and creamy.

The filter is really small but works quite well for very small amounts. It held 2 cups of freshly made yogurt and strained down to 1 cup Greek yogurt and 1 cup whey. The screens are fine and didn't allow many large particles to pass. The parts were easy to clean... I cleaned immediately after use so I wouldn't have to deal with dried on residue. As a first time homemade yogurt maker, this was a great value and worked as specified. I would buy again.

This product is AMAZING!! I absolutely love thick yogurt like Oui brand and with this I can create it without having to spend anywhere near the amount I have been spending. I buy a big container of greek yogurt, put it in this and over night I have delicious, thick and creamy yogurt. Don't pass up on this product if you love thicker yogurt, it works perfect!

Too cheaply made, I'm afraid it will break the first time I wash it. Also it's way too small! The size might be my fault, I may have missed that in the description, but the rating is on the flimsy build. I'm going to return this item.

Product description says it is dishwasher safe, but when I put mine on the top rack the plastic warped.

I love the Greek yogurt it makes out of the runny stuff I used to make!!
