I had a pair of fancy shoes that had been worn to too many parties. They looked good on the outside, but the inner soles were worn out, shredded, and tired (how teachers feel on Wednesdays). These liners make my shoes look better and feel better. I’ve used them for about two weeks now and they are still holding on. Also, now my shoes look fresh when I remove them at my Asian family’s front door. Buy these!

These are very comfortable and low profile. The only issue was trying to remove the cover over the adhesive sticker. It took a few tries, but was fine.

Love these inserts especially for sandals and heels. Soft but not intrusive to the fit of the shoes.Tip: peel back and use only 1/2 of the adhesive- easier to remove when they get "worn".

Heel is okay but the part under the ball of the foot is super narrow, doesn’t cover the opening of the damaged sole that was removed. In addition, it’s very flimsy. The small piece of tape comes off when you try to peel the paper backing off. Super uncomfortable. I had to switch shoes and not wear the ones I attached these inserts to. Complete waste of money!

I bought these to help with comfort in a pair of wedge sandals. I am a teacher and do lots of standing and walking. However they DO NOT STAY IN PLACE! I even modified my shoes to keep them in place and still didn't work. They slid up, leaving a sticky residue on your shoes that then gets on the bottom of your foot. They would work great in closed heals. IF they would stay in place, they would work perfectly for what I need.

They're a little short, need to be about an inch longer.

I bought these to add padding to my sandals but they are so thin they didn't make any difference at all. I'll have to say the quality wasn't what I expected . They might work for someone but they definitely didn't work for me.

These insoles fit perfectly in my slip on sneakers. I have a narrow heel and shoes always slip up and down on my heel with every step. These insoles prevent that from happening. So happy I found these little gems! This is my second order and I won’t hesitate to reorder them again if I need more of them.

Great for summer sandals

So many people complain they aren’t long enough! THEY ARE 3/4 IN LENGTH, the description even states they are not the entire length of shoe! Could be a little stickier to keep them in place but otherwise was satisfied with them.

First of all these insoles are comfortable with nice cushioning, but that is the only good thing I have to say about them. The adhesive is just some double sided tape on the bottom half. So when you walk with them, the top half will move around in your shoes. I placed them in my sandals and the top of the insoles kept sliding out my sandals. Not a pretty sight! And once you place them in your shoes, you won’t be able to take them off without a whole lot of effort. The tape is very strong and will rip the bottom of the insoles and you will be left with a double sided tape on the bottom of your shoes with pieces of the insoles stuck to it. (I was able to get it all off but now my shoes are very sticky) I do not recommend these at all.

Adhesive strip seems small we will see. Might have to order larger
