Very firm but comfortable
This pillow is quite firm, so it will create a gap of around 4 inches between your knees or wherever you use it. I've found it helps with some hip pain I have from time to time. Also, I've tried it in place of a regular pillow for my head, and it's the perfect height for side sleeping, and cradles the head and takes pressure off the neck. I will be packing this when I travel in case the hotel or BNB pillows aren't quite right - it's compact enough to go in luggage or a duffle.

I sleep so much better nowI’ve always had trouble sleeping because I feel pain in many parts of my body when I do, especially in my lower back. This has helped so much with that and I can’t believe I didn’t know about this product sooner because it would’ve saved me from a lot of painful, sleepless nights. I get to sleep much better now and feel much better when I wake up every day. Highly recommended.

I like the shape of this pillow
I like the shape of this pillow, but it is very thick and I am a short person. I use it every night, and it's not flattened down one tiny bit. I kinda wish it would flatten down, but my back feels a lot better, so I will stick with it.

My husband was having back problems and a hard time sleeping, as he was uncomfortable. I bought him this pillow and it’s helped a lot! He no longer thinks we need a new mattress! The material is really soft and great to sleep with

this seemed like a good product although it was to firm for me, because of medications I take. when I had to return it they were very nice, and credited my account right away . I would recommend this and company
