I did bang my head trying to get the dumb taped-up double-layer box open. But the packaging seems to be the only used thing about these hangers. The color is cute, and they're slim so I can jam more clothes on in there. I've bought rubber lined hangers before from a retailer but they were plastic on top and I much prefer the metal, but beware that the hook will not fit over a thick rod.

I don't normally write reviews for everyday things like hangers, but these are great! I was so tired of finding blouses in the bottom of my closet because they slid off the hanger. These solve that problem nicely with the non-slip strip. I also like that the hook swivels; I'm particular about which way my clothes face and if I accidentally put the garment on the hanger the wrong way, I can just swivel the hook.These are heavier than normal hangers, which is fine with me, but might be a consideration for others.

3 stars because the hooks are smaller than normal making it impossible to hang them on anything but spacesaver clothes rods.3of our 5 closets have 1 inch pipe rods. These hangars won't fit -- hooks are too small.Our other closets have the modular rods about 3/8 inch and the work fine.We now have 30 hangars usefull for only 2 closets.

THESE ARE GREAT! Can fit more in closest with their slim fit (vs plastic hangars) and my shirts don't fall off with the grips. These are worth buying!

Space saving, good quality, The hanger head‘s director can be changed. I always forget to put my dresses and blouses facing forward on the hanger. I can adjust the hanger had if I again put my dress on a hanger facing the wrong way.
