Motor plastics damaged from manufacturing
I am a bit disappointed by the fact that just noticed the motor plastics cracked. I have used the machine only once so I am pretty positive this was damaged before using it. I would like to return it and order a new one. Thanks!

Amazing machine that will make you money in a business setting or at home.
Amazing product. Have used it for Tahini, Pistachio paste, hazelnut praline. Amazing how fast it turns these products into nut butter or smooth paste.

Great updates on the machine
Awesome machines. I first bought the brown one, which runs nicely. It’s the cheaper version, but I learned it was actually for grinding rice, not chocolate. Last year I bought the chocolate grinder, which is a lot quieter than the older one. This one apparently also has an automatic stop if it overheats. Two weeks ago I got the latest version. It was a bit noisier at first. I checked with them and got a reply the same day. (Thank the lord for fast customer service). They said that it’s because of the new gearing in the machine and that it should pass after some usage. Which it did. I also noticed that the engine of the newer one is a lot stronger.Super pleased, but the next one is going to be one of their bigger machines
