When I saw it online, I thought it was exactly what I wanted. I like that you could tilt the shade and dim the light. My previous floor lamp would cause a glare in my eyes when it was on. When the box was delivered, I thought where is the lamp shade? The box was pretty flat. When I opened the box, I saw that I had to wrap the shade around the metal ring. No way this will look good. I waited a day or two and decided to give it a try. The directions are pretty vague. But if you use common sense, you can put it together. After I put it together it looked great. The shade looks just fine, not cheap or ugly. I tilt the shade so the light bulb is not shinning in my eyes and love the dimmer so I can have the amount of light I want. I recommend it.

Really nice lamp with a dimmer! I bought this to replace a ugly table lamp on my enclosed 4 season porch, Assembled in about 10 minutes, And you have to build the shade which is very easy and a ingenious design, And looks very good, Comes with a bulb, Good reading lamp or just nice soft ambient light. I would buy again!

The lamp looks nice, and feels sturdy. The LED bulb it came with started flickering after just a few months. I replaced replaced it with another, brighter (8W) dimmable E26 base bulb. It’s working fine now.With a brighter bulb, it’s a decent reading lamp, and does double duty as a grow light for my Peace Lilies.But be sure to get *dimmable* replacement bulbs. I got regular ones by mistake, and they flickered and protested the misuse.

I was truly shocked at the quality of this lamp, I thought it would be like the typical big box sell everything store lamp. Nope, this is a quality lamp you could use in a bedroom, or any other living space that required additional lighting. Yes, I would recommend this purchase and will be purchasing another one for a gift.

This lamp is Great Across the Board! It is easy to assemble & very sturdy. I love that the lamp shade swivels - it is SO convenient and useful. I have this lamp a round work table in my office and it is the best soft, yet sufficient light source I could have purchased.

I purchased this floor lamp to provide extra light at my end of the sectional couch. The brightness is perfect for my needs and there is a dimming feature if needed. The base is sturdy and fits perfectly under my couch.I like the look and neutral color of the lamp.

Quick overnight shipping & I assembled it in about 20 min. Materials seem to be of quality and are sturdy. The lamp is a good height & is perfect for my living room corner. In the pictures, I have the light dimmed to a low setting, but not at the lowest. I think it’ll be a perfect lamp for movie nights when I want soft dim lighting but not sit in pitch black darkness. Price at time of purchase is $35. 10/10 would buy again!

I've bought 4 of these lamps and they are sturdy, easy to assemble and I love the summer switch. Unfortunately, the last lamp did not have the shade rolled correctly in the package so it did not come out smooth when I assembled it. It has dimples in it which is very disappointing. I would be happy except for that.

I ordered this to replace a halogen tortiere style light in my tiny living room. It arrived promptly in a surprisingly small box. It was easy to assemble once I realized that there were little plastic rings protecting the edge of the threads that had to be removed (this was not referenced in the instructions and clearly I haven’t unboxed many lamps!).Pros: great price; arrived promptly; easy to assemble; offset pole means it tucks nicely into the corner behind my recliner; love the dimmer switch - easy to use and gets very bright if you want it to; nice downcast light for reading. Note to those replacing an upward facing light like I am - although the top of the shade is open, the light cast upwards towards the ceiling will be significantly less than the tortiere style light so the change in light quality to the room will take some getting used to. The light is more focused with this light. I have some other table lamps around the room to ensure all corners of the room are lit.Cons: I’m not a fan of Edison bulbs so I swapped out the one it came with for another LED; I’m not sure how I feel about the white lampshade but that’s an aesthetic thing that can be easily changed in the future by purchasing another shade;Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. Great light for the price.

Beautiful lamp, the dimmer is perfect, lovely mat brass colour. Seems pretty solid. I only had it for a day. The lampshade is not like the one shown in the photo. I took away one start because of the lampshade. The one received is solid white, no trim as in photo.

This floor lamp is awesome. The assembly was easy, lamp is sturdy and looks great.

Only used it a few days but it seems ok. Was hesitant about the shade being shipped rolled up and that you have to assemble it but it was actually easy to do and looks decently passable when complete.Complaints are when you twist all the sections together and bolt on the base they basically end up randomly aligned. You might have the off center base pointing one way and the shade off to another direction. You'll either have to leave loose or else you gotta over torque or come up with something else. I found it too wobbly if I left it loose enough to align how I wanted.Also the pointable light shade doesn't sit flat on mine. Unless I was to grind off a little section of metal it's always gonna rest slightly off level at best. And the cord doesn't come out of the stand at the nicest angle. But that's not a major issue and it's at least relatively well priced and I'm satisfied enough to keep it.
