simple fix is a key to transitioning from tennis to pickleball
This simple fix is a key to transitioning from tennis to pickleball. It's not realistic to change grip between backhand & forehand, so this helps you keep same grip.

A bit of a gimmick
Product works as described but it's not clear how helpful it is in use. I showed it to some people to consider as a coaching or training tool but nobody thinks it is so helpful. But for first time learning how a specific grip feels, this product is excellent.

Good design for the perfect grip, but not good in a competitive game
I have been playing pickleball for about 4 years so ordered the GRIPFIXER to check my grip on the paddle. I put the Gripfixer band on the paddle and I needed only a minor adjustment to my established grip. Definitely found some success using this band during practice, but difficult to use it during a game.During a game, I found that the small adjustment was beneficial for returning the server or long shot. With my hand anchored within the nubs on the band, my spins improved for the long shots. Work at the kitchen line was helpful. If one's hand is removed from the nubs, for any reason, trying to get my hand and paddle, correctly situated in within the band again was impossible, in a competitive game. Then it became a nuisance, as I would loose focus of the game trying to reposition my hand within the band.In my opinion, I would recommend the GRIPFIXER for a beginner in a slow game or in controlled practice drills. One would be able to reset the grip without a ball being fired back at you from a banger.

Helps fix bad grip habits
One of the hardest "Bad Habits" to correct is a player's poor/incorrect grip. This tool alings the players hand in the correct position and gives a reference point to establish the correct grip during play. it can be rotated to position the grip from Eastern to Continental, to Western grip. Great for teachers and students that want to progress.

Watch the video
This grip fixer is somewhat confusing until you watch the video to see how it is supposed to work. I’d hoped it would help me with resuming my paddle grip after changing hands.I think the one I received was for the left hand, even though the package was marked right? That or I just don’t get how they are supposed to help?Either way, watch the video before you try it.

Very useful and effective grip trainer, though it's hard to use right by yourself
Pros:- This simple device provides a way for me to practice all sorts of grips, from continental to western.- The installation of the trainer was easy enough, as it is very stretchy and flexible. I did need to try different positions on the handle to make sure my hand was in the right position (maximizing my leverage by keeping the grip low on the handle). Various Youtube tutorials were helpful in this aspect of using the trainer.- My spins services and returns were so much stronger when after using this trainer that I was able to successfully backspin a pickleball back over the net on to my side.Cons:- It took a few practice sessions before I could feel more confident in my use of the trainer. Ultimately, I needed to refer to Youtube tutorials beyond the provided instruction card to get it to work right.Overall, this trainer is great for practice drills and sessions. Having flexibility in grip positions during matches is important, so you wouldn't really want to use it in an actual game. It certainly has helped me improve my grip fundamentals!Recommendation: At a $20 price point, this trainer feels a bit on the expensive side, but it is effective if you are looking for a solution to unlearning bad grip habits.
