Love these capsules and the quality. I have noticed a difference in my weight and in my sleep quality.

I have taken serrapeptase for about 15 years. With most serrapeptase products, you need to take it on an empty stomach—that’s 30 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal. That makes it difficult for me to always fit it in, as I like to take it at night so it can work while I sleep. The Healthy Directions serrapeptase product suggests taking it with a meal. I haven’t come across a serrapeptase that I could do that with, so I was very intrigued.I honestly didn’t hold out much hope that this would work. But it did! I quit taking my regular serrapeptase for a few days, then tried the Healthy Directions with a meal. I could tell it was working. I used it for a week and felt great.It is such a relief to know that I can take this product with dinner on days I can’t take mine on an empty stomach. I will definitely always have this on hand, especially when traveling, as it is much more convenient to fit it into a hectic schedule.

my experience was the exact same as the copy and paste comment of a prior reviewer:"I took one capsule" (the other day with food) "and within 2 hours I was insanely sick. I threw up all of my food and had explosive diarrhea. For 2-3 hours I was on the toilet, intense stomach cramping and sweating from head to toe. I trust products from this company; they are legitimate. Serrapeptase is something we have been taking for several months for various reasons, most of which are preventative, so there's not really any way to tell if it's actually working. We decided to try Healthy Directions brand, which is 120,000 spu per "serving", and we were pleasantly surprised to find that a serving is 1 capsule. So 60 capsules will actually last two months. Upon opening these capsules, the scent, color and texture is very similar to the brand we've been using, so we feel confident taking these. We've had no problems with them thus far.

I take prescription, traditional, prescribed medicine. I want to try some of these natural and other nontraditional methods. I was advised by the doctor not to mix the two. However, my plan is to give natural products a try. My method is to take tradition medicines on a twelve-hour basis. Then take natural medicine on the in-between 6 hours basis. I will need to get up during the night to take the natural medicines but I am awake periodically during the night.These natural medicines are mostly unregulated. So, I look for supplements and vitamins that are GMP (General Manufacturing Procedure) accredited. I also check for third party testing.
