The cut of the front panel needs to be improved. The sides of the panel is not big enough to cover everything so excess skin can slip out the side allowing entire tuck to shift and the boys slip out. I'm 5'10" 140 lbs. and the small fits perfectly, but I find that it isn't as goog as boyshort spanx at holding you in place. These are the smallest I've found that will work and looks cute.

Because it’s so stretchy, to get a good fit you might want to buy a hair smaller than you think.

After a few uses the material becomes weak and does not hold well.

Am NB trans. Provides a decent tuck as I do an "all in" since my inguinals are stretched a bit more than most. Allows a good enough hold for skin tight yoga pants and thong panties

Although it doesn’t give the best tuck I’ve had it’s good for the price and better than regular panties for sure I sized down for a better tuck and definitely glad I did as I expect some overall stretching of the material eventually

If you are after this product to assist tucking I do not recommend as the lack of front panel only serves to act as a pair of underwear, rather than a gaff. If you are looking for a gaff, look elsewhere and remember to check reviews.
