Useful teapot
The teapot is actually good and exceed my expectations, in the sense that it is sturdy. Although it hasn’t been used on direct heat like gas cooker but has worked really well on electronic hub.

Not as advertised
Lid is not made of bamboo. It is plastic or at least covered in plastic. The handle is quite rough and it arrived dirty or used! The rest looks good but I hate it when things are advertised as natural material and then it's plastic or has plastic covering.The only reason I gave or 2 stars is because the rest of the kettle looks good.

Broken within a month:(
I really liked this product when I first received it.Within a month the spout has broken from cleaning with a small brush. Very disappointed!
