These are great for wound care, but I wish the price was better considering there are only 10 in a box. I use these for wounds on both of my grandmother’s feet, so using one on each foot means they only last for 5 dressing changes.

After cutting my leg a year ago, I’ve tried everything to promote healing. I ordered this product and for the first time we saw closure and some new skin growth at my wound care appointment. Hoping it continues!

These work great. WAY TOO Expensive

Worked well, easy to use self attaching

I had a bad burn that bubbled on the inside of my hand, this worked wonders! I will never use anything else. I also used a clear waterproof bandage to cover it so it lasted longer.

Easy to use

In comparison to the "rope" calcium alginate this product is much thicker. We are treating a pressure sore, and it is/was healing, but very slowly. Decided we would try this product. Day 1 it looked good, although the wound bed always looked healthy, I thought it maybe improved. Day 2: Not as certain, edges of wound not healthy pink, Day 3, the sore is definately larger, edges of wound now white. Truthfully, my theory is this product is TOOO thick, and actually caused pressure. I cut the wafer to fit inside the wound, but its thickness proved to be too much. We went back to the calcium alginate rope dressing and the wound quickly regained what it lost and it is continuing to heal. -------I am not being critical, it just was not the right product for our need/use.
