They work great! Careful with them though, the plastic is cheap and brittle. I have only used one comb twice and already a tooth is missing.

If you need a quick, cheap replacement these are good enough.The 1/16th guard is definitely not as low a cut as it should be but it got the job done.

The guards were fine but they just did not fit my clippers

I bought this set of guards specifically for the 1/16" guard. It isn't 1/16", however.I know this because I cut my hair with the 1/16" guard from this set, then went over it with an original Wahl 1/16" guard and took more off.I'm so annoyed that if I buy replacement guards from Wahl directly (which I tried first), they're a sloppy mess and don't fit tightly on my clippers and, in fact, fall of during use. I don't understand why the guards that actually come with Wahl clippers and ones that Wahl sells directly are different, but they are. Wahl's product support used to be stellar. Sadly, that's no longer the case.And now, these after-market guards are the wrong size.I'm going to start experimenting with other brands going forward. My next clippers will be the Braun brand. I'm done with Wahl.
