Faulty
I'm unsure how this product has a 4.4 rating on Amazon. The product I received was just unable to connect wirelessly even after trying many times. Tried calling the customer service number and it just kept saying that it's switched off. Replaced the product and the second time the camera connected wirelessly but this time the camera doesn't move horizontally even after multiple resets. Again, no help from customer service, this time it rang but no one answered the call. Total loss of money, not worth the money. Now I have a product in my hand that just moves in one direction and totally useless.
