These are really good compression leggings, giving a comfortable fit that is fairly tight but in a way you would hope from compression clothes. You will want shorts though as they are very snug, so not really a long top job unless you are happy with showing everything. The pocket fits a standard size phone but struggled with an iPhone 14 with its pop socket. Have washed well without shrinking and not worn away at the crotch or thighs from running and stretching

These cycling leggings are designed for males which is physically noticable with the design of the crotch area on the pants.They have a pocket on both legs mid to top thigh.My husband says these are comfortable to wear with an elasticated waist and stretch in the material. Flexible and non restricting.They retain heat well.
