Arrived box smashed up and the first hook I used broke so treied a metal hook and that snapped as I screwed it in

Missing key elements
Bought this thinking it was suitable for hanging pictures. Amazingly it has very very few hooks that can be used. Lots of stuff to hang things that have no attachment but not the things you would want. I'd avoid

WARNING- DON'T USE THE FRAMING WIRE.
Faming wire snapped not a heavy picture. I suggest if you have used the framing wire you take the pictures down and use a more reliable product. Incredibly weak and dangerous.
