Perfect for Belstaff Trialmaster
This was so much cheaper than the Belstaff version but was recommended on a few FB groups. Didn’t job brilliantly-very happy with the end result.

Great product! (And a mini tutorial)
I used this to re-wax my Fatface Sussex jacket - and it has honestly turned out great! The jacket obviously became a bit darker with a fresh layer of wax worked into it, but this wasn't a problem as it just returned to the original dark colour - it looks like new. Also the jacket is back to its wonderful waterproof self!(Also, to clarify: this wax is clear and not blue)Using the product:I actually just boiled the kettle and floated the tin of wax in a cup, I topped up the hot water once or twice to keep it warm. This didn't melt the entire tin, but it was definitely soft and pliable enough to scoop up and use. I find this easier to control the amount of wax being used (liquid wax can just run and drip everywhere). I used a new, yellow duster cloth to rub and work the wax into the jacket. Some people recommend sponges, but I found the duster cloth more flexible and easier to get into the stitching.Your arms will burn with the fire of a thousand suns. Don't be alarmed, just keep rubbing the wax INTO the coat. Let it BE the coat. Its hard work I know, but you chose this. Its worth it.It took about 4 hours to re-wax the entire coat (with a few tea breaks), and to go over the most worn areas a second time (shoulders, elbows, etc). I used about a third of the tin.I let it dry over the back of a chair for a day and a half near a radiator. I just used the same yellow duster cloth to go over and potentially remove any saturated waxy areas. The wax (and coat) did not smell, but for a day or two the coat felt a bit tacky, but not sticky. (I probably put too much wax on.) Rubbing off with the duster cloth again helped with this.TL:DR - the product is great, my coat is like new!

Very good product
Really good product bought the jacket up really well. I put the tin in some boiling water in a jug to soften the wax, then used a lint free rag to apply. I did find the product looked a bit patchy so used a hairdryer on hot setting to go over the jacket afterwards rubbing the jacket again, to remove excess. I found this worked really well, and definitely recommend this method.( I think the wax dries a little on application therefore is thicker in some areas. ) the heat remelts the wax and allows easier distribution. Took me about 1hr to do my jacket.

easy to use and is not sticky (unlike other brands)
50 mil tin is very small, just about does a small coat so consider a larger tin. easy to use and is not sticky (unlike other brands). Took a week to arrive though!

Good product, good service.
I bought this to re-wax a jacket, but thought I’d test it on an old waxed flat cap first. It’s made the cap look brand new, and it was very easy to use, I melted it fully in a pan of boiling water, then applied with a sponge, worked it in well then wiped off the excess and used a hair drier to get an even finish. It has gone slightly darker with the new layer of wax but this isn’t an issue for me, I only mentioned it so people are aware.

It does what it says on the tin
If you have a bone dry coat that's been put through a washing machine by someoneApplication with a piece of cloth is going take hoursRub it in with your handsThere is enough to proof an XXL coat with enough leftover to treat a couple of times in the future
