This is a compact gratitude journal (measuring about 8 1/2" by 5 3/4") so it fits into a tote or handbag easily for on the go journaling. I like the thick paper because what is written on one side does not bleed through to the other side of the page. Each page looks crisp and clean.The cover is a very nice off-white linen with a beautiful embossed flower. Quiet and elegant. There is one ribbon bookmark and a pink elastic strip that holds the journal closed. This is a basic gratitude journal but it has everything I need!Each day has one full page: the top 2/3 for morning and the bottom 1/3 for evening reflection on the day. It is really quick to complete if I'm in a hurry but the daily inspiring quotes give me something to ponder when I have a few minutes.I do like this journal! Great for someone just trying out journaling because the questions help to focus each day, but it is also good for someone more experienced with gratitude journaling who is pressed for time but wants to keep journaling.

I love this gratitude journal. It's simple and sweet. It's really simplistic. I think anyone would love it. I also think it would make a great gift idea!

I always intend to be better about journaling for my mental health, but sometimes it's just so hard to actually put words to paper. What I enjoy about this Gratitude Journal is that it gives me a framework to just get started: things for which I'm grateful, things for which I am hoping, things that went well. Each page is dedicated to a morning and an evening gratitude reflection, with a quote (sometimes inspirational, sometimes just interesting) at the top. My brain knows that I'm not being called upon to write multiple paragraphs, and it makes the journaling process so much more stress-free, which is what I need right now.The paper is fountain-pen friendly and thick, without ink bleed-through.

The media could not be loaded.  It’s a very pretty journal. The paper quality is great the cover is nice. Every page is the same except different positive quotes. It would be a great place to start if you want to start with gratitude, praise or positive thinking.Great as a gift or gift to self.

This journal has nice thick pages and the cover on the outside is pretty solid. I got this for my daughter, because she wanted to start journaling. She very much enjoys it. the ink doesn't bleed through the pages. she likes that there is a strap to hold it close and a little pen holder. It's small enough that she can carry it around with her and also place it in smaller areas that friends may not look when they come over. She also likes that it comes with a book mark to, so she can pick up right where she left off and not fumble through pages.

Its a good notebook, especially for something like bullet journalism or a diary. I like the cover a lot.

The journal is compact and will fit well into a purse or backpack. As the photo shows it is not college ruled, which is the reason for the 4 star. It has a band you can use to hold a pen, and an band you can use to keep it closed or mark your last spot. The color is more coral than pink, but the cover makes it more sturdy than similar sized notebooks out there.
