Incredible value
I bought a garden sprayer and misc. parts to make a diy shower, then found this item for only $20 more than all my parts. This thing is so well engineered. It has 3 different handles/straps to move it around, loops etc. to hold the faucet, hard plastic bottom. It even has a little mesh pocket you can put the storage bag in when it is set up (and the storage bag is even big enough to get everything in after the first opening ). But the feature that sold me was the built in thermometer. I boil water and add it to the resevoir and can tell how warm it gets. It's not going to give you water pressure like a home shower, but it's a camp shower right? Only ding is what another reviewer said about the flap over the valve sometimes wanting to close when pumping. Only thing I would change is to make it all black so it would heat better in the sun. Overall a great unit at a great price

Very good and portable shower
I was looking for a light weight and portable shower to bring with my on hiking trips especially for my dogs to clean them off from dirt. I came across this portable shower and decided to give this a try. I love that it's very compact when not in use and comes with a storage bag. This is very easy to put together and use. The foot pump is super simple to attach and very easy to use and put pretty in the shower bag to give enough water pressure to clean yourself or the dogs off. I was very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it if you're looking for something similar.

Better than a solar bag!
I got this because I’m short and well, those solar bags rely on the higher you can get them and I can’t get them high. Once I learned that you need to not fill it too much so there is really air pressure in there it worked amazingly well. Haven’t used it in the winter so didn’t need to put hot water in it but I like that option. I didn’t need to put hot water in it in the spring/summer because it really heats up well enough in the sun like solar bags. I’ve used it for dishes and bathing. One thing to note is there is a plug at the pump that needs to be open to pump more efficiently. It oddly wants to replug and block the hole, would be nice if it didn’t, but I’m extremely happy with this purchase, and recommend it to many and offer to loan it out so they can see the difference. Also great that it hold a lot. Unfortunately the thermometer doesn’t work at all, so I removed one star for that. But I still highly recommend as you just need to squirt a little later on your hand to see if it’s warm enough to take a shower in during chilly times.

Great for using RV's in the winter. Lightweight and small storage volume
I went up to my camp to see the 2004 solar eclipse. The plumbing was still winterized so I took this shower with me. I could shower and clean up without using the plumbing. I filled it with warm water and took the shower. The foot pump has a vacuum port to draw in air. The rubber cap kept closing on that port and stopped the pump from pumping. I just added some tape to hold the cap away from the vacuum port. That solved that easily. Next was low pressure out of the spray nozzle. I found two issues. First the fill cap had a ring around the opening to keep the cap from being lost. The air was leaking in that area. I just undid the fill cover and pulled that retaining ring off of the shower bag. Then I closed the cap. I also blocked off some of the openings in the shower sprayer. You can't develop any pressure out of a sprayer if there are too many or too big holes. I just cut a disk out of a water bottle and made a small hole in the middle to block most of the openings. It works fine now. I dropped one star due to the small issues, but they weren't very difficult to fix.

Bulky and inefficient.
It doesn’t quite do the job.Pros of Idoogen pump:Hard to find any. Maybe that it doesn’t require power?Cons:Bulky when stored. Not sealed well enough to be filled during travel. You will need to carry a proper water canister as well.Poor water pressure even when pressurized. The reservoir has to be above the level of the shower head, pressurized or not.Poor pressure from the foot pump. The water tank unit also loses air slowly.Foot pump requires footwear. Hurts if you use it barefoot. Does a poor job due to slow pump bladder refill through an inadequate valve.Tank is hard to dry out or clean.Context:I carry a compact sprayer of some sort to clean my search dog of mud or contamination. Decent spray pressure is essential. I use anything from a silicon shower head on 2 liter soda bottles or hiker’s ultra-light squeezable silnylon shower bags, and lately, rechargeable submersible mini pumps (compact, and the same price range as the Idoogen shower on Amazon), which I drop into my wide-mouth 3 gallon water canister. The tiny pumps are game changers.

Must have for camping life
First things first - it holds a solid 20 liters of water which is just the right amount for a decent shower without lugging around something the size of a small car. Plus it's built tough so you don't have to worry about it falling apart on your mid-shower. Setting it up is easy - fill it up, hang it from a tree branch with the sturdy handle and you good to go. The nozzle lets you adjust the water flow to your liking so you can dial in the perfect pressure for your shower. Bottom line - if you into camping or hiking you need it in your life.

Once full it's just too heavy
Doesn't hold water temp and once full a woman will not be able to lift! The pump doesn't get the water to the shower head well.

very durable
I bought this camping shower as the weather is starting to warm up and we are planning our first trip of the season. The bag itself is very durable and at 5+ gallon capacity it holds a lot of water. the pump is easy to use and it folds down relatively small for packing. Overall I think it is a great value and it seems like it will last a while. This is a nice portable shower for camping or possibly beach days/ biking days to clean off before getting back in the car.
